Help me grow!

• I am a delicate plant but can thrive with proper love and care.
  
• I love warmth (18-25 degrees Celsius), but not the cold, so keep me indoors.
• I love damp soil, so water me regularly, but don’t let me drown or let the pot become water-logged.
• Indirect light suits me best. Too much shade or direct light and my beauty will be affected.
• Fertilize me twice a month during the growing season (summer) and once a month in winters to help me flourish.

1. Why are my Calathea Sanderiana’s lovely leaves curling?
   My leaves curl due to two reasons - under-watering or over-brightness. If I’m under-watered, I curl my leaves to conserve water. If the light is too bright, I curl up to protect myself. Just water me enough and bring me in the shade.
   
   
2. Everyone loves my lovely Calathea Sanderiana plant; Can I grow more from the mother plant to gift them?
   I am a delicate plant and cannot grow by leaf or stem cuttings. You can divide me at the root annually (i actually love it and grow better) into smaller plants each with its own root and plant us in separate pots. Remember to care for all of us the same way with just the right amount of water and light and we’ll be sturdy and gift-able in no time.
